Moods in Spanish have many ways of expressing themselves. Not only in adjectives, as it is the first thing that comes to mind when talking about the subject, but also in verbs. Some verbs express states of emotion, periods of emotion, changes of emotion, and even moments of change of emotion. Or there are even verbs that express exactly the same thing and prefer some adjectives to others, which is what we call collocations.
Volverse (becoming) is used for changes in personality and staying for spontaneous changes in states of mind. Complete using one of these verbs suitably conjugated.
