I have 28 years of experience in Education, organizational skills, personnel management, management and decision-making,  motivation to achieve, search for constant learning, updating knowledge, high capacity to interact with children according to their characteristics, potential and aptitudes. Willingness and ability to prevent and resolve critical situations in an educational environment. Promoter of the development of cognitive, attitudinal, psycho-motor skills and values through the application of different didactic strategies that stimulate child development.

My goal is create an enriching-committed educational environment with the teacher, taking into account their planning and curricular design (conceptual, procedural and attitudinal contents), which promotes the integral formation, development and well-being of children.
