Talking about countries and nationalities

If the adjective of nationality ends in -o, to make the fememine we change the o into a. If it ends in a consonant, we add on an a.

Practice using the feminine form of the adjective:

Pedro es español y María es …
Pedro is Spanish and Maria is Spanish.

Antonio es mexicano y Gabriela es …
Antonio is Mexican and Gabriela is Mexican.

Mark es alemán y Ann es …
Mark is German and Ann is German.

Paolo es italiano y Laura es …
Paolo es Italian and Laura is Italian.

Braulio es brasileño y Mira es …
Braulio es Brazilian and Mira is Brazilian.
