How to take a tour in a Hispanic country

There are many ways to travel: with the family, alone, backpacking, in a group, as a couple or without planning. But one of the ways you can make the most of your time and money is undoubtedly through tours.

If you go on a scheduled tour or adventure to visit a Hispanic city alone, these are the essential questions you can ask to better know your destination.

– ¿A dónde me recomienda ir hoy? Where do you recommend I go today?

– Quiero visitar esta plaza / monumento / zona ¿Cómo llego hasta ahí?  I want to visit this square / monument / area. How do I get there?

– ¿A qué hora abre el museo?  What time does the museum open?

– ¿En qué año fue fundada esta plaza / monumento?  In what year was this square / monument founded?

– ¿Cuál es la comida típica del lugar?  What is the typical food of the place?

– ¿Hay algún lugar cerca para comer? Is there somewhere nearby to eat?

– ¿Quién construyó este monumento? Who built this monument?

– ¿Hay algún famoso de este lugar?  Is there a famous person from this place?
